Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and mudah365 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published on this website, forms the entire agreement between both parties.

Continued use of the mudah365 platform after any amendment to the terms has been published means you accept the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version.

User Eligibility

To register and use mudah365, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.
• Not be prohibited by local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not currently be enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Register with only one personal account in your own legal name.

mudah365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. Accounts held by underage users will be closed immediately and the account balance will be withheld pending completion of an investigation.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended without prior notice, including any existing balance.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as it appears on your identification document (MyKad or passport), an active mobile number, and a valid email address.

mudah365 reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time. The verification process may require copies of identification documents such as a MyKad or passport, as well as proof of ownership of the registered payment method.

Deposits and Withdrawals

mudah365 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of players in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Transaction conditions in effect:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour for withdrawals that have passed verification.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method under the same account name — transfers from third parties are not accepted.
• mudah365 does not bear any service charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

mudah365 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms, pending completion of a further investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by mudah365 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each promotion. Players are advised to read the conditions of each bonus before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus: mudah365 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the value of the bonus received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Another example: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

Attempts to abuse the bonus system through hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or other methods deemed improper may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, as well as account closure.

Game Rules

All games available on the mudah365 platform, including sportsbook, online slots, live casino, horse racing, and cricket betting, are operated in accordance with the rules and procedures set by their respective software providers.

The following applies to all gaming activities on mudah365:

• Game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), or by actual sports events broadcast live.
• Results issued by the mudah365 system are final unless a proven technical error has occurred.
• Any technical issue that occurs during an active game session must be reported to customer support immediately.
• mudah365 reserves the right to void bets or games involving technical faults that affect the integrity of results.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Player Responsibilities

As a user of the mudah365 platform, you agree to:

• Use this platform solely on your own behalf and not for the benefit of any other party.
• Not engage in any activity that may be considered fraud, money laundering, or an attempt to manipulate the system.
• Keep your password and login details confidential. Contact mudah365 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Bet only with money you can afford to lose. mudah365 encourages responsible gambling and does not recommend that players use borrowed money.
• Inform mudah365 of any changes to your personal or payment information.

Account Closure and Suspension

mudah365 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player has:

• Violated any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Provided false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process.
• Been involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Used unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registered more than one account under the same or different names.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the mudah365 support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance will be returned once the review process is complete.

• Financial decisions made based on information or statistics on this platform.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

mudah365 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
